As a general rule, I like to recommend wearing something that's comfortable for you and that represents you as a person. How would you like these images to look and how will you feel about them in years to come? There are no rules in my eyes when it comes to what to wear, but some things to consider avoiding are strong prints/patterns or logos that may be distracting or overpowering in the images. That being said, I love a crazy polka dot dress or bright red suit, so it really depends on the look you want to achieve, how we dress can say so much and getting creative with outfits can be a whole lot of fun! This is also something we can speak more about when planning things out if you need.

Ahhh the old storm cloud rolling in... In the case of bad weather I generally like to wait until the day of the shoot to assess whether we should reschedule and unless it's really torrential we can generally go ahead with the shoot. Other options may include moving to an indoor location, but I will be in touch if I feel that less than favourable weather may impact our session.

Everyone will be different but for most the ideal time is during your 7th or 8th month of pregnancy, or around 28-34 weeks. 

The newborn period, or neonatal period, is defined as the first 28 days of a baby's life, so I generally recommend booking around the 1-2 week mark.
